What is the eufy Clean X10 Pro Omni?

The eufy Clean X10 Pro Omni is Anker's all-in-one robot vacuum and mop in the upper mid-range. It combines three ideas: the anti-tangle technology of the X8 Pro, the mopping system of the X9 Pro and a large Omni station that does everything by itself. It is powered by 8,000 Pa of suction and iPath laser navigation; an RGB camera with cross laser and LED (AI.See) recognizes over 100 object types according to the manufacturer – cables, shoes or toys – and avoids them even in the dark, fully offline and without uploading images to the cloud. Mopping is handled by two hexagonal, interlocking mop pads (MopMaster 2.0) that work at 180 rpm with around 1 kg of downward pressure. When the robot detects a carpet, it lifts the mop module by 12 mm and increases suction so the carpet stays dry. Maintenance is almost effortless: the Omni station empties the 330 ml dustbin into a 2.5-liter bag (replace about every two months), washes the mop pads with fresh water and dries them with 45 °C hot air. The 3-liter fresh-water tank is enough for 150 to 200 m². The battery (2 × 2,600 mAh) lasts up to 180 minutes; afterwards the station recharges it in around five hours and the robot resumes cleaning on its own. That makes the X10 Pro Omni especially interesting for households with pets, long hair and a mix of hard floors and carpets.

The X10 Pro Omni is eufy's (Anker's) complete model in the X10 Omni series. eufy combines the self-untangling roller brush of the X8 Pro with the active MopMaster 2.0 system of the X9 Pro – and packs both into a large Omni station that vacuums the dustbin, washes the mop pads with fresh water, dries them with 45 °C hot air and automatically refills the robot's water tank. Anyone searching for "eufy X10" will find the X8 Pro, X9 Pro and X10 Pro Omni – they differ mainly in mopping system, station and price. The X10 Pro Omni is the most balanced overall solution and is considered the value-for-money pick of the upper mid-range.

Good to know The X10 Pro Omni only runs on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Set the robot up on a dedicated 2.4 GHz network so that pairing with the eufy Clean app works reliably.

8,000 Pa, AI.See & MopMaster 2.0

How the eufy Clean X10 Pro Omni works around the home – autonomously, thoroughly and connected via the app.

8,000 Pa suction

The strong suction pulls hair and hidden dirt out of carpets. BoostIQ automatically increases the vacuum pressure as soon as more power is needed.

iPath laser navigation

A 360° lidar creates precise maps. With AI.Map 2.0 you define no-go and no-mop zones as well as virtual barriers and schedule rooms and plans.

AI.See obstacle detection

RGB camera, cross laser and LED recognize over 100 object types – cables, shoes, toys – and avoid them even in the dark. Processing runs entirely offline.

Omni station

Vacuums into the 2.5-liter bag (approx. 2 months), washes the mop pads with fresh water, dries them with 45 °C hot air and automatically refills the 80 ml robot tank.

Everyday use: setup, vacuuming, mopping

Setup in minutes

Place the Omni station against a wall with good 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, fill the 3-liter fresh-water tank, set the robot onto the station and pair it via the eufy Clean app. The first run creates the map; after that you assign rooms, no-go and no-mop zones. From unboxing to the first complete clean, realistically about half an hour passes.

Vacuuming and mopping in one go

The X10 Pro Omni decides based on the cleaning mode whether it vacuums, mops or combines both. With 8,000 Pa it picks up crumbs, sand and pet hair, while the two rotating MopMaster 2.0 pads at 180 rpm and around 1 kg of downward pressure mop behind it. On hard floors this leaves a clean result; on carpet the robot lifts the mop module by 12 mm and vacuums the carpet dry – BoostIQ automatically increases suction power.

Edges, corners and obstacles

At edges the mop module swings out sideways with a "hip swing", getting closer to edge areas you would otherwise have to mop by hand. The AI.See obstacle detection reliably steers around cables, shoes and toys, even in the dark – without uploading any camera images to the cloud.

Maintenance: almost hands-off

After every run the station vacuums the 330 ml dustbin into a 2.5-liter bag (replace approx. every two months), washes the mop pads with fresh water and dries them with 45 °C hot air against odors and germs. You empty the dirty-water tank (2.7 l) roughly weekly depending on usage – there is not much more to do. The battery lasts up to 180 minutes and recharges fully in around five hours.

Noise level

In max mode the robot reaches about 56 dB(A) and is clearly quieter on the lower levels. For a device with an emptying station that is pleasantly quiet and barely interrupts daily life.

On raw suction, the MOVA P70 Pro Ultra and Dreame L50s Pro Ultra are clearly ahead at 30,000 Pa – they are the strongest vacuums for extremely pet-hair- and dirt-intensive households. The X10 Pro Omni counters with its overall package of price, mopping system and low-maintenance convenience: the rotating MopMaster 2.0 pads mop actively, the self-untangling roller brush keeps hair at bay and the Omni station handles emptying, washing and drying. If you want to spend as little as possible, the ECOVACS DEEBOT T80 OMNI from around €350 is the cheapest option (with a mop roller instead of a dual mop). Anyone who needs maximum suction or a particularly strong mopping system with an extending corner arm should also consider the MOVA P70 Pro Ultra or the Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra. For the typical household with some pets and a mix of hard floors and carpets, the eufy X10 Pro Omni is currently one of the most balanced buys in the upper mid-range.

Problems, notes & tips from eufy users

What we encounter most often in forums and user reports about the X10 Pro Omni.

1. 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is a must

The most common setup stumbling block: the robot only connects to a 2.4 GHz network. With routers that use a shared SSID name for 2.4 and 5 GHz, pairing sometimes fails. Tip: enable a separate 2.4 GHz network in the router and log the robot in there.

2. Don't set emptying too rarely

With pets, users recommend running the automatic emptying more often (e.g. every 15 minutes) and setting the suction level to Turbo or Max. This clogs the air ducts less often and the anti-tangle function works more reliably.

3. Carpets: mind the mop lift

The mop module only lifts 12 mm. That works well on flat carpets and runners; on high-pile carpet it can drag. In the app you can exclude the area with a no-mop zone – or start mopping only after the carpet has been vacuumed.

4. Activate edge cleaning

For a better result along walls and baseboards, enable the "Edge mopping" mode in the app and keep the firmware as well as the app up to date. The mop module then swings out sideways at edges.

5. Mop pads and dirty water

The mop pads should be replaced every 3–6 months. Empty the dirty-water tank after every use so that no mold and odors form – the 45 °C hot-air drying of the pads in the station takes the most frequent care task off your hands.

Tidy up before the first run Very small or thin objects (such as headphone cables or hair ties) are not always detected reliably. A quick walk around the room before the first run saves you from blockages.

Who is the eufy Clean X10 Pro Omni suitable for?

Households with pets or long hair, plenty of hard flooring and a few carpets, looking for a complete all-in-one package of strong suction, active mopping and a self-cleaning station – while primarily caring about good value for money. Anyone who needs detergent dosing or live video will have to go for more expensive models.

Our advice Looking for a robot vacuum and mop that reliably picks up hair, mops actively and takes care of almost all maintenance – at a fair price? Then the eufy X10 Pro Omni is a very good choice. If maximum suction matters most to you, check out the MOVA P70 Pro Ultra; if the mopping system with an extending corner arm is what counts, the Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra is the alternative.
Worth noting Anyone who needs detergent dosing, live video or a very large robot dustbin should go for more expensive models. For households with nothing but high-pile carpet, the low mop lift of 12 mm is a drawback.

FAQ on the eufy Clean X10 Pro Omni

The X10 Pro Omni combines 8,000 Pa of suction with a self-untangling Pro-Detangle roller brush and an all-in-one Omni station that vacuums dust into a 2.5-liter bag, washes the mop pads with fresh water and dries them with 45 °C hot air. The AI.See obstacle detection with RGB camera, cross laser and LED recognizes over 100 object types even in the dark. That delivers a complete all-in-one package at a comparatively low price.
The X8 Pro only vacuums and comes with an emptying station, while the X9 Pro adds an auto-clean station that washes and dries the mop pads. The X10 Pro Omni is the complete package: it has an 80 ml water tank in the robot and an all-in-one station that washes and dries the mop pads, automatically empties the dustbin and refills the water tank.
The battery with 2 × 2,600 mAh (5,200 mAh in total) lasts up to 180 minutes according to the manufacturer. Depending on mode and flooring, that is roughly 150 to 200 m² in a single run. On larger areas the robot returns to the station on its own, recharges in around five hours and resumes cleaning where it left off.
Yes. The robot detects carpets automatically, lifts the mop module by 12 mm and increases suction via BoostIQ so the carpet is vacuumed dry. With very high-pile or thick carpet the mop module can still drag – in that case it is worth excluding the carpet with a no-mop zone in the app.
That is one of the strengths of the X10 Pro Omni: the rubber-and-bristle roller brush runs in reverse and a pop-out Pro-Detangle comb frees it from hair automatically. In practice this noticeably reduces tangling – ideal for households with pets or long hair. An occasional check is still a good idea.
The Omni station uses a 2.5-liter dust bag that eufy says needs replacing about every two months. The fresh-water tank holds 3 liters, the dirty-water tank 2.7 liters – depending on usage you fill or empty them roughly weekly. The 330 ml dustbin in the robot is emptied into the bag automatically.
The X10 Pro Omni can be controlled via the eufy Clean app, Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. There is no native Matter or Apple HomeKit support. The obstacle detection works fully offline, so no camera images are sent to the cloud.
In max mode the robot reaches about 56 dB(A) and is clearly quieter on the lower levels. For a robot vacuum with an emptying station that is pleasantly quiet – the Omni station itself only runs briefly while emptying and drying.

Our conclusion

★★★★★ 4,2/5

The eufy Clean X10 Pro Omni is a very balanced robot vacuum and mop with an all-in-one station. Its strengths are the fair value for money, the self-untangling Pro-Detangle roller brush for pet hair and long hair, the AI.See obstacle detection with over 100 objects (even in the dark, completely offline) and the Omni station that vacuums, washes the pads with fresh water and dries them with 45 °C hot air. On top of that come two rotating MopMaster 2.0 pads and up to 180 minutes of runtime with automatic recharging. Criticism is due for the low mop lift of 12 mm, the missing detergent dosing, the small robot dustbin and the limitation to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Anyone who can live with that gets one of the most complete robot vacuum and mop combos in its price class for around €430–500 – and a value-for-money tip of the upper mid-range.
