Package Contents: A Pleasant Surprise
Our first impression while unboxing was consistently positive: the main unit, clean and dirty water tanks, the upholstery nozzle with silicone brush, a separate crevice nozzle, the handle clip and the self-cleaning tool were all neatly separated and well protected inside the box. Nothing was loose or needed untangling first – an above-average tidy package for a device in this price range.
Also included was a multilingual quick guide with a parts overview and instructions on operation, setup and maintenance – including a step-by-step explanation of how to empty the dirty water tank and self-clean via the dual-channel nozzle.
Setup & Everyday Controls
Getting started was straightforward: take off the clean water tank, fill it, put it back on, plug in the power cord, tap the desired mode on the touch panel – done. We barely needed to consult the manual; the controls are clearly labelled Cold, Hot, Steam and Steam Only and are self-explanatory.
Switching modes mid-use was just as easy: for the stubborn stain on the chair cushion we used the Steam mode, worked it in gently with the upholstery nozzle's silicone brush, and extracted it right away.
The Test: A Stubbornly Stained Chair Cushion
Our test object was a chair cushion with clearly visible, deeply set-in stains – not a fresh, easy-to-remove spot, but a cushion that had gone uncleaned for a while. After one pass with the lubluelu V11 in Steam mode, the result was convincing: the cover was visibly stain-free, without needing multiple passes.
We didn't notice anything negative in this test – neither in handling nor in the cleaning result. As a small bonus, we also tried the device on a pair of fabric shoes, a use case the manufacturer doesn't explicitly advertise: here too, dirt came off without any issues, so the V11 worked well for this purpose in our test as well.
Would We Buy It Again?
Yes, without reservation. The package contents, controls and cleaning performance convinced us throughout our hands-on test, and we didn't run into any negative points. If you regularly deal with stains on upholstery, carpet or even the occasional shoe, the lubluelu V11 gives you a versatile and easy-to-use device.
