The matt black stainless steel body with double-wall construction is a real eye-catcher in any kitchen. The velvety matte surface is resistant to fingerprints – unlike shiny stainless steel – making it not only visually appealing but also particularly easy to maintain in daily use.

Build quality is at the high level you expect from ZWILLING: the flap lid opens smoothly at the push of a button and stays in the open position. The 360° base allows effortless placement and removal from any angle. The touch display on the base is intuitive to operate and clearly shows the selected temperature and operating status. The compact dimensions of 21 cm height with 1.5 liters capacity make it ideal for smaller kitchens.

Performance & Boil Time

With 1850 watts of power, the ZWILLING ENFINIGY sits in the moderate range – perfectly adequate for everyday use, even if it doesn't quite match the 3000-watt leaders. One liter of water reaches boiling point in about 3 minutes and 10 seconds, a single cup (200 ml) heats up in approximately 45 seconds. The concealed heating element operates quietly and efficiently.

The kettle automatically shuts off when the target temperature is reached or when it is removed from the base. The double-wall insulation keeps water hot significantly longer than single-wall stainless steel models – a major advantage for those who enjoy tea over an extended period.

Cool-Touch Body & Safety

An outstanding feature of the ZWILLING ENFINIGY is its double-walled stainless steel construction. The body stays pleasantly cool on the outside even when the water inside is boiling – a real safety advantage, especially in households with children. While many other kettles become so hot on the outside that they need to be handled carefully, the ENFINIGY can be safely touched at all times.
